I received my copy of the new (well, newish) Dungeons and Dragons Starter Set.
(I’m sure my old church will be concerned about its ‘gateway to the occult’ potential…)

For a while, and for reasons I can’t possibly explain, I’ve been playing D&D Tiny Adventures on Facebook. And when I say ‘playing’ I mean I log in occasionally and click some buttons to send my character on another quest which, an hour later, will be finished and awaiting my further intervention.

Recently I’ve had it in mind to dust off some old role-playing books and gather some like minded citizens to have a few games of whatever to help while away an evening.
Booze and snacks would help as well.
